What You REALLY Wanna Know – Q&A

So I took a little break from blogging because I wasn’t really feeling up to it but I’m feeling a little better now and I thought I’d get around to doing the long awaited Q&A with a few of the questions that you guys asked me so let’s get into it!

Who is my closest friend that I’ve met through WordPress?

Okay so I’ve made some AMAZING friends over here and I don’t know what I would’ve done without them at certain points and I am forever thankful for them.

I’d love to give a few shoutouts to Bayance – My first ever blogging friend and the one that I’ve known for the longest, Fiona – my Soul Sisterr, Rayan – the guy who cannot be explained simply in words,  Elm and Abby – legit the nicest people on earth – all of them are perhaps the funniest, nicest and relatable bloggers on this platform and by far some of my personal faves.

Butttt I’d say that the closest friend that I’ve made on here is the wonderful Indyyy, my best online friend. I mean, we legit talk pretty much everyday, even though the time zones are sooo fucked up – we still manage to make it work haha. Love ya dude!

Who do you look up to the most?

One of my big brothers who’s very VERY successful and doing very well in life. So successful that some of you may know who he is (haha – interesting right??) Anyway, he’s like the only sibling that I get along with and he’s given me lots of advice on how to do good in things like school etc.. I wanna be just like him.

Who’s your favourite YouTuber?

Okay so this is soooo fucking random but I am OBSESSED with this YouTuber called Erick Khan. He’s…not your average YouTuber to say the least. He’s a WeedTuber – I think you all know what I mean. He vlogs and talks about his life as a stoner, his favourite ways to smoke etc… check it out here. I also loveee Marijuana Mermaid (pretty self explanatory).

Which celebrity do you look most like?

I feel like I’ve answered this before but I really don’t think I look like any celebrity at all – what can I say? I’m unique as fuck.

What’s your go to outfit?

Probably some sort of Graphic t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants with a bandana and black Nikes (yes, I’m basic).

If someone came up to you saying they have depression, what would you say to them?

I’d just listen. I wouldn’t say I understand because everyone interprets everything differently and something you say could mean something else in somebodys head. So I’d listen. Hear them out and see what them need. I’d let them know that care and that I’m here – I think that’s pretty much all you CAN do.

What is your favourite song?

At the moment, it’s Swim by Chase Atlantic (such a bop!!!)

What is your favourite movie?

I recently watched To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before which was pretty good – PETER IS SO HOT LIKE WOW. But my favourite movie of all time is August Rush – Freddie Highmore is my fave.

What is your favourite book?

The Manifesto On How To Be Interesting by Holly Bourne

Are you more of a girly girl or a tomboy?

DEFINITLY a tomboy – like 100%. There’s no discussion about it haha.

What is one country that has always been on your bucket-list and why?

South Korea, specifically Seoul – the capital. And why? Lemme just show you –

What do you wish to pursue later in life? Would you like to work in the creative industry or do something completely else?

Okay I know I may not seem like the type due to my fucking weird personality but if possible, I’d LOVEE to be an actress. I just think it’s so cool. But I’d also love to be either a Film Director, Author, or Lyricist. I’m not 100% sure but it’s DEFINITELY in the creative industry. And if all else fails – a therapist!

What’s a recipe that runs in your family?

Okay so this sounds kinda gross but trust me, it tastes DELICIOUS.

It’s basically this dish called Yam Pottage which is basically just smushed up Yams with spices and peppers, onions, tomatoes and sauces. It’s a Nigerian dish but my mother adds a special ingredient that makes it SO BOMB (and noo I can’t tell you).

Also, I make the best Mac&Cheese of ALL TIME

What is the most rewarding thing about blogging to you and how has it affected you personally since first staring out?

Probably being able to meet new people and come up with great ideas which allow my mind to expand and give me a better imagination. It’s also great having a place to rant whenever I want to. I just love to write in general and I love the fact that people actually bother to read my posts haha.

What are some things you want to do in the last months before 2019?

• Lose a few pounds
• Retake some of my GCSEs

Okay so I am SO SO disappointed with my results and I KNOW that I could do better but during the middle of exams, something kind of…. traumatic happened to me and I had to begin intensive therapy – it was either that or “rehab” so I went with the lesser obviously. I’ll get into more detail in another post but I didn’t fail anything and I did quite well in a few so that’s cool I guess but I’m gonna be retaking some as I’m just super disappointed and was predicted MUCH higher for EVERYTHING. (I still got into the school I wanted to go to though so AGHHHH!!)

• Make some new friends in my new school which I start in September
• Read 10 new books
• Have fun at the concerts I’m going to this year
• Make some amazing memories!
