Coachella Dreamin’

Hey Guys,

So as you could probably tell from the title, it’s getting to that time of year when I become all gloomy and sad over the fact that another year will pass and I WILL NOT be going to Coachella.

As you guys know, Coachella is a music festival, with….hmm I can’t describe it – lemme give a google definition –

The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is an annual music and arts festival held at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, located in the Inland Empire’s Coachella Valley in the Colorado Desert.

AKA: THE FUCKING MOST COOLEST THING TO EVER EXIST AND I WANT TO GO TO IT SO BADLY.

Anyway, guess what? THE WEEKND IS HEADLINING. WHAT?? Dude I swear, I am so annoyed. As you guys know (if you don’t then…where have you been? Seriously?) I LOVE the Weeknd so much. Like with a passion. One of my LIFE LONG dreams is to just meet him. And OF COURSE he just HAD to be headlining Coachella when he KNOWS I can’t go…okay so maybe he doesn’t know but he should!

Last year, I saw SO many paparazzi shots of him just WALKING around Coachella like it was fucking casual (I mean, granted he was with Selena Gomez, but that’s over now!) But guys…imagine if I was at coachella and I just saw him walking around…I would fucking die dude.

The thing about Coachella is that I feel like it’s a place where nobody gives a fuck – like you can just be you and not be looked at twice or judged or whatever because everyone is too busy having the time of their lives. It just seems like you can enjoy yourself and that’s what more of us need you know? We all need to be more happy and stress free and I feel like this would be a great way to get rid of a lot of unnecessary stress – what do you guys think?

So in case you guys didn’t know, I am 15, meaning –

1. I am too young to attend
2. I can’t fly on my own (I mean I can legally – but my parents would never let me)
3. I can’t even afford HALF of a ticket.

All of this adds up to COMPLETE AND UTTER DISASTER.

Anyway, you guys know Nadia right? Well turns out that SHE wants to go to Coachella too! So we actually made a pact to go together in 2019!!! Dude – I don’t care, I AM GOING BEFORE I REACH THE AGE OF 18, I SWEAR.

So, due to the fact that I don’t have a job, and Nadia can make money off of Instagram, I have decided that this year, I am going to get my first job.

Overall, based on where I live, the TOTAL cost of flying to Coachella, a ticket, accommodation, food, clothes, flying back should be around about £1100 so if I get a job I can definitely make that in a year right? I feel like it’s not totally impossible.

I’ve kind of already put together a resume and shit but I want you guys to give me some recommendations on where you think I should work! I mean, I’ve always wanted to work in a cinema or maybe a cafe but if you guys have some better ideas then let me know!

Urghh I just HAVE to go to Coachella guys, I mean just look! –

Anyway guys, that’s it for this blog post – you’re probably gonna see more of these posts PINING over it but you don’t have to read them all –  it will probably end up pretty tedious but I DON’T CARE.
