Hey Guys,

So crazy awesome Bayance nominated me for another award which is CRAZY! So thank you soo much dude and everyone, go check out her blog because she is awesome. Umm guys…this is getting weird! My third award? You really know how to make an awkward goof feel loved. I love you guys (wow, this is cringy) but before this gets super mushy I’m just gonna start! Let’s get into it –

3 THINGS YOU MOST LIKELY DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME:

Well this is gonna be hard because I’m pretty sure I’ve told you guys almost EVERYTHING about me…I think I can scrap a FEW things together. Let’s see…

1. I own 5 pairs of shoes (wow, so interesting, how do you guys not love me? (!))
2. For the whole of Year 8 I wrote a diary that I MIGHT share with you guys one day
3. I’m kinda tall for a girl of my age (is 5ft 9 tall?) which makes sense because I’m also kinda chubby for a girl my age (Based on the averages) but I’m just gonna blame that on my pizza eating skills height as well.

Okay so that was actually a lot harder to think of than I thought. After that shambles of a section I think it’s time to move on to the next part, don’t you?

QUESTION TIME  :

• Favourite colour?

BLUE! I love blue. It works with EVERYTHING. I’m pretty sure my closet consists of blue, along with black and white. I have a blue skateboard AND I had blue hair extensions for a while so I guess you could say that I’m a little bit addicted.

• What is one of your favorite quotes?

Okay, I know it says one but I’m gonna give you guys two of my favourite quotes because they are really inspiring to me and maybe they will be to you as well! The first one is:

“Don’t accept what you can’t change, change the things you can’t accept”

I first heard that one at a gender equality seminar but it doesn’t just apply in that regard. I feel like this could be used for a lot of things and it’s true! It really motivates me to try my best to change and not just sit back and let things happen around me. It helps me become more involved in the things around me AND makes me more aware of the things going on in our society.

my next quote is:

“Live a little – When you see how big the world is, you realise how small your problems are”

As you guys know, I complain A LOT and I don’t think that’s just going to stop abruptly but hopefully it will get better. I think the point of this is to really think about things. There are millions or potentially billions of people out there who are worse off than us, so it really helps me appreciate what I have and try my best to be grateful for every opportunity that comes my way.

• If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

This is actually a hard one. I think if I could learn to do anything, it would be to not be so hard on myself. I know it’s corny but I feel like everyone is their own biggest critic and honestly I think I’m a little TOO hard on myself. I’d let lose a little more and try my best to not hate myself for getting something wrong and just learn to accept the small things, not make such a big deal out of it. Also I’d learn how to pause time…and fly…anyway, next question!

• Which celebrity do you get mistaken for?

Ummm, I’ve actually never been mistaken for a celebrity before…is that weird? I don’t know, I don’t look at celebs and thing “wow, she’s me!” Soo I guess I can’t really answer this one. But hey, if it ever happens, you’ll be the first to know!

And last but not least…

• What story does your family always tell about you?

Well, my family being the LOVELY (!) people that they are, ALWAYS tell the story of how I burned myself with an iron when I was like 8. So it was early in the morning and I decided it would be a good idea to use the iron for the first time EVER. I had heard that they need to be hot for them to actually work so my stupid self decided to place the scorching hot iron on my wrist to see if it was hot…turns out it was and my skin was literally melting off of my body. I swear to God I thought I was dying. The stupidest but was that I didn’t tell my mum!. I just rolled down my sleeve and went to school. It wasn’t until we had art and had to take off our cardigans to put on aprons that anybody realised. Then I got taken care of and when I met my parents at the end of the day…yep, THAT was awkward.

That’s gonna be it for this blog post. It was tonnes of fun to write and think of new things about myself to tell you guys! (Wow, I really am open aren’t I?)
